BOILERS

Seattle stock

Buderus Boilers are made in Germany and are very cute & reliable. They have excellent (very fast) recovery times and are one of our most installed hot water boilers. They are well supported in Seattle and we carry most of the repair parts (if ever needed). There is an indirect storage tank available for this boiler which sits underneath it - very handy for installations where a small footprint is desired. See our info on Buderus boilers

The Munchkin is a new stainless steel very high efficiency hot water boiler.Made in the USA. It is very small dimentionally and suitable for many residential water heating situations. It is a condensing boiler so it needs a drain. Closed cumbustion chamber and PVC flue. Suitable for enclosed areas. Could be installed in a closet or crawl space. A new wall mounted model just came out this year.

The Weil-Mclain cast iron boiler is an American boiler that has been around a long time. Reliable, relatively inexpensive and easy to repair (if needed). Models available from small to large capacity 38000 to 177000 BTU. Many options available regarding flue configuration.

Burnham cast iron hot water boilers are USA made and very reliable. Atmospheric draft is typical. 14 models available. 31000 to 244000 BTU available in this model. High efficiency model available

AO Smith Copper coil hot water boiler is used primarily for direct heating of domestic water but we do use it for space heating. The advantage of this boiler is that no heat exchanger is required if used for domestic water. This is a great boiler for large volume water heating. Comes in both domestic and commercial sizes.
